To qualify for a return, requests must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date of your order. To ensure your return is accepted, items must meet the following criteria:

Packaging: All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Exclusions: Any items marked as "Final Sale" or merchandise that shows signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us at info@austintradingpost.com within 10 days of receipt.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our team's discretion.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin the process, please email info@austintradingpost.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the return.

Shipping Costs: Unless an item is confirmed as defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a carrier confirms an order as "Delivered," Austin Trading Post is no longer responsible for the package. If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we can reship the item at the customer's expense or issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
6. Payment Disputes
We kindly ask that you contact us directly at info@austintradingpost.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Please be aware that filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in the forfeiture of your return and refund eligibility.
