Most orders are produced and shipped within 1-2 business days. During high-volume sales, promotions, or holiday periods, fulfillment may take up to 2-3 business days.

Shipping speeds depend on the delivery option chosen at checkout and the carrier’s transit schedule. Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a carrier confirms an order as "Delivered," Austin Trading Post is no longer responsible for the package. If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we can reship the item at the customer's expense or issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
