Refund policy

THE BASICS

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 10 days of delivery or in store pickup.

WHAT QUALIFIES

Returned items must be:

  1. Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  2. Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or deodorant marks

  3. With original tags attached

If an item comes back worn or not in resellable condition, we may refuse the return or issue store credit only.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  2. Gift cards

  3. Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, and hosiery

EXCHANGES

We do not hold inventory for exchanges. The fastest option is:

  1. Return your item for a refund or store credit

  2. Place a new order for the size or color you want

RETURN SHIPPING

  1. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake or the item is defective.

  2. If we provide a prepaid return label, the label cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

  3. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it, refund it, or issue store credit.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Contact us with your order number to request a return authorization.

  2. We will send return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided.

Returns sent without authorization can be delayed or refused.

REFUND TIMING

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

STORE CREDIT

If you choose store credit, it will be issued after the return is approved. Store credit does not expire unless required by law.

IN STORE RETURNS

If you bought in store, bring your item and receipt within 10 days for a return, subject to the eligibility rules above.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments.
